A half day clinic in the Mountain Project’s brand new mixed climbing cave. This clinic is meant to be an introduction to tool placement techniques and can be coupled with any of our up-canyon clinics to take your technique to the next level.

Mixed climbing is a necessary skill set for climbing in the mountains. This clinic is designed to give you an introduction to the medium and give you the skills to make your way though this type of terrain. Topics covered include:

  • Basic mixed climbing technique

  • Advanced tool placements

Skill Level:

Intermediate climbers, rock or ice. Some previous ice climbing experience will allow you to learn more from this class.

Clinic Cost:

+fees - includes gear demos and world-class instruction. Does not include a VIP pass. VIP pass available for participants at a discount.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

Prior to November 20, you may have a one-time cancellation for a partial refund less a $50 deposit. After midnight on November 20, all clinic sales are final. Clinic registrations are non-transferable. That is, giving your clinic spot to a friend creates considerable challenges for our registration process so is not allowed.
