Clinic Check-in & Gear Demos

Clinic Check-In: We require that all registered participants Check-In at the Emerson Cultural Center (111 South Grand Ave) between 5 pm and 7 pm THE NIGHT BEFORE your first clinic. Please plan your travel accordingly. This is also when you get your “Swag Bag” full of goodies and coupons reserved exclusively for On-Ice Clinic participants.

Checking Out Demo Gear: As part of your registration for the On-Ice Clinics, you get free “demo” use of the best gear on the planet. This includes clothing, ice axes, crampons, boots, harnesses, helmets, gloves, and even packs to carry it all around in. The reps and athletes from these companies are here to help you try stuff on, show you how to properly use the gear, and answer questions about their products.

Demo Gear Check-Out will be held in the Emerson Ballroom from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on the night BEFORE your clinics. Please try to accomplish the gear checkout in a timely manner so that we do not interfere with the slide shows, which begin at 7:30 pm.

Paperwork: In addition to the General Liability Waiver that you agreed to when registering (printed version are available upon request), we will have a Demo Gear Check-Out Form and a Rental Acknowledgment Form that are required to check out gear.

Please take note that you MUST return demo paperwork to the BIF Staff before you leave the Emerson Ballroom. All Demo Gear must be returned in the Parking Lot at the end of your clinic by 3:30pm. Late returns will be charged a late fee.

What if I can’t make the demo check in the night before?

We have a handful of no-shows every year and the waiting list to get into clinics is significant. If you are unable to make it the night before your clinic but plan on being in Hyalite the next morning, please let us know ASAP so we don’t release your spot. Email us at: support@bozemanicefest.com
